DOCK 05WHY CARRIERS PICK US

Why carriers hand us the phone

  1. REASON 01

We plan the backhaul before we book the headhaul

A strong rate out means little if the truck sits two days or runs 300 miles empty for the next load. Before we say yes, we look at where the load delivers and what moves out of there.

  2. REASON 02

We work the brokers who post freight for your truck

The brokers posting step deck machinery are not the ones posting final-mile box truck freight or produce for reefers. We search the boards and the broker contacts that fit your equipment.

  3. RATE CONEXAMPLE
    SETPOINT
    TARP
    LIFTGATE
    APPT WINDOW
    PERMIT

    REASON 03

The details are on the rate con before you roll

Setpoint, tarp, liftgate, appointment window, permit: whatever matters for your load is written on the rate confirmation before you accept, not found out at the dock.

  4. YOUR CALL

    REASON 04

You can turn down any load

We don't force loads. We bring you freight that fits your lanes, home time and the lowest rate you will run for. You say yes or no.

Running two trucks or more? Our dispatch services for trucking companies with small fleets cost 4% of gross (limited-time rate), one rate across every truck. Small fleet dispatch

We find it and negotiate it. You approve it before anything is booked.

DOCK 07NEW MC?

New MC? Start here

Plenty of brokers will not load an authority that is only weeks old. We look for the ones that will, and we set up your packets so your insurance and authority are on file before the first call. Your fee is 7% of gross until your authority turns 6 months old, then it moves to the rate your truck count and equipment qualify for, automatically.

How dispatch works for new authorities

DOCK 08GET PAID FASTER

Get paid sooner

Brokers pay on their own terms. Factoring turns a delivered load's invoice into cash sooner, and it works alongside dispatch. We refer carriers to a factoring partner and may be paid for referrals.

DOCK 10STRAIGHT ANSWERS

Straight answers about trucking dispatch services

Q-01How much does your truck dispatch service cost?

It is a percentage of the gross on loads you haul: 7% while your MC is under 6 months old, 7% for a single box truck or hotshot, 5% for a single truck of any other kind, and 4% for 2 or more trucks (limited-time rate). No setup fee, no monthly minimum, and no fee on loads you do not haul.

Q-02Do you dispatch box trucks without a CDL?

Yes, if the box is 26 ft or longer. A box truck rated at 26,000 lb GVWR or less, run at or under that weight and not hauling placarded hazmat, does not need a CDL under federal rules. We look for loads that keep it inside its weight rating. We do not dispatch box trucks under 26 ft.

Q-03Do I have to take every load you find?

No. We don't force loads. We bring you freight that fits your lanes, your home time and the lowest rate you told us you will run for, and you decide. If you turn a load down, we keep looking.

Q-04Is there a contract or setup fee?

No setup fee and no long contract. The service is month-to-month, cancel with 30 days notice. You get a written dispatch agreement after your first call, so you know exactly what you are signing before we book anything.

Q-05Can a new MC use your dispatch service?

Yes. Some brokers will not load a brand-new MC, so we look for the ones that will, and we set up your carrier packets so your authority and insurance are already on file. Your fee is 7% until your authority is 6 months old, then it moves to your standard rate automatically.

Q-06What do you need from me to start?

Your MC and DOT numbers, a W-9, your certificate of insurance, your Notice of Assignment if you use a factoring company, and the details of your truck and trailer. With those, we set up your carrier packets with brokers.

Q-07How do you find loads for my type of truck?

We search the major load boards and call brokers and shippers directly, filtered by your equipment, your lanes and your lowest rate. Then we negotiate, check the details that matter for your truck, and plan the next load before the current one delivers.

Q-08Do you dispatch cargo vans or sprinters?

No. We dispatch box trucks 26 ft and larger, hotshots, dry vans, reefers, flatbeds, step decks, power only, car haulers, dump trucks, oversize loads and hazmat or tanker freight. Cargo vans, sprinters and smaller box trucks are outside what we book.

Send us your truck. We'll call you back.

About 2 minutes. No setup fee. Month-to-month, cancel with 30 days notice.
